PRODUCT OVERVIEW
India’s First, Automatic Super High Speed Vertical Rotary Sticker Labelling
Machine Model LABELSTIK-400, is one of the most user friendly. The
Machine incorporates latest sophisticated Micro Processor Control Label
Dispensing system with user friendly Sensing system for Label and
Product. The machine is suitable for Labelling on Glass Ampoules, Vials,
and other Round Objects. It is capable of Labelling up to 400 units per
minute depending on products and label size. Specially designed
electronic and mechanical system to apply transparent (No Look) Labels on
Ampoules and Vials at very high speed using optional special label sensing
system.
LABELSTIK-400 Truly one and only High Speed Rotary Sticker Labelling
Machine available in India, with unique single point synchronised speed
control system. The Inbuilt Automated Label Length detection systems
eliminates any need for manually feeding and storing of Label Length data
in memory and retrieving the same every time for change of Label Size & restarting
the Machine. The System thus saves valuable time, avoiding
machine-down time, and helps achieve higher production.
Machine with added advantages like Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Feeding
belt for feeding Ampoules / Vials in Vertical Position directly from the Trays
and Similarly collection of Labelled product in Trays, Operator can feed the
Ampoules / Vials directly from the Tray Online without stoppage of Machine.
The Feeder belt system effectively eliminate clumsy, inconveninet, time
consuming and prone to breaking of Ampoules etc. at the time of Loading
the products for Labelling compare to other Slant Hopper Product Feeding
System.
Machine also available with optional Turn Table for Feeding of Vials for
online transfer of Vials from Capping/Inspection machine to Labelling and
online transfer of Labelled vial to packing conveyor/inspection system.
This system helps for continues Labelling operation for vials.
Machine can be supplied with Optional Toughened (Tampered) Glass or
Acrylic Safety Cabinet. Machines having required all basic features as a
standard fitment to match the current market needs and also saves cost
and time.
LABELSTIK-400 Model also available with Max. speed of 300 and 200
Ampoules / Vials per minute. We have another 600 Series Rotary Ampoule /
Vial Labelling Machine having built in online Ampoule/Vial Ejection
System.
