• Logical Security MultiUser, MultiLevel Individual Password System having Separate/Individual Operation Level. Each User having limited / defined access to the function / features of system.
• Software is user friendly and feature ready to upgrade in future for any additional requirement as per general terms and conditions of Brothers. Keep record and tracking of every activity happened within application with Electronic Data Stamped such as User, Date and Time.
• Availability of Audit Trial with reference to Deletion, alteration, re-integration etc.
• Software will not allow altering or deleting the data unless defined through user privileges and it will provide tracking detail
• Alarm management
• Auto Data Backup to different server as well as on separate HDD on same computer to secure all DATA in case of any disaster, this include programming backup, audit trial backup, activity log, trend backup, event log backup
• Generated Data / Report saved by the Software Automatically on second HDD as well as Server defined by user.

• Electronic Records and Electronics Signature shall be available wherever applicable.
• Only authorized user is allowed to generate/delete or give access to new user and provide all logs required for user deletion/generation.
• System Ask user to change PassWord periodically as set in software with settable interval times and with number of reminder, once it cross the required number of reminder system automatically required to LOCK particular user to do any movement/operation and require to set by admin or higher level authority. Password of user should not be the same that of two previous password. Software will not allow user to operate the batch before changing the password if prompted by system to change password if it cross the time/number of reminder to change the password
