Semi Automatic Twin Head Gear Pump Based Liquid Filling Machine Model
LIQFILL-20e is suitable for Round or Flat shape Bottles or Vials with
maximum speed of 20 Products per minute.
Bottle Loading and Unloading is Manual by Operator. The Machine can give
speed of 15-20 per minute depending on nature of Liquids, Neck Diameter
or Bottle and Fill Volume. Machine suitable for small volume production
having multiple products. Machine construction in Stainless Steel finish with
Two Head Operation. All parts coming in contact with Liquids are made from
SS 316 Materials. Machine with No Change Parts System for Different Fill
Volume, operator can set the desired volume directly on touch screen of
machine. Different Nozzle may required in case of different Bottle Neck
diameter.
