PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Automatic Four Head Volumetric Linear Liquid Bottle Filling Machine (Model LIQFILL-80FM) is designed for efficient filling of bottles at speeds of up to 80 bottles per minute. The actual output depends on factors such as the nature of the liquid, bottle diameter, bottle height, neck size, and required fill volume. The machine features a robust, fully stainless steel construction, including the main frame. Optional in-feed and out-feed turntables with individual drives are available to synchronize bottle movement, ensuring smooth and continuous operation. All components in contact with the liquid are manufactured from SS316 material, ensuring hygiene, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability.
