PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Semi Automatic Twin Head Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine (Model LIQFILL-20) is designed for filling round or flat bottles and vials with a maximum speed of 20 products per minute. Bottle loading and unloading are performed manually by the operator, ensuring controlled handling during production.
Depending on the nature of liquids, neck diameter, bottle type, and fill volume, the machine delivers a speed of 15–20 bottles per minute, making it ideal for small volume production with multiple product variations.
Constructed in stainless steel finish, the machine features twin head operation for enhanced efficiency. All liquid contact parts are manufactured from S.S. 316 material, ensuring durability, hygiene, and corrosion resistance. For different fill volumes, the Semi Automatic Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine requires syringe adjustments or a set of syringes as change parts, offering flexibility across diverse applications.
